Passion, drive and exceptional ability has contributed to the amazing success achieved by Bianca in the past nine years. Now owning and running an award winning studio, Bianca’s positive attitude has won her respect and admiration among her peers, colleagues and clients.
Working for one of Australia’s largest mailing houses, SecurityMail, with over 800 employees and servicing most blue chip companies in Australia, Bianca attained a vast amount of experience and knowledge both creatively and productively. After six promotions in four years, Bianca’s role as Senior Designer allowed her to provide expertise in creative conceptualisation for print and web, and the application of design principles, marketing concepts and technical requirements.
Previous roles at SecurityMail included Sales, Print Purchasing, Account Manager and Desktop Publishing. Bianca also established and managed the Creative Solutions Melbourne department, assisting Marketing, Sales and Business Development departments. This expanded to a national marketing role, managing a complete company re-branding campaign.
Through Bianca’s expertise in design and her natural ability to provide solutions to client requirements, she successfully assisted SecurityMail in retaining and gaining many large corporate accounts for such clients as AMP, NRMA, First State Super, NAB, Optus, BMW, M5 Motorway, Holden, ATO, Coles Myer and approximately 90 Councils across NSW.
Bianca has also spent time working for creative agencies in Sydney and other media groups gaining intimate knowledge of web, multimedia, advertising and marketing creating highly professional campaigns for companies.
This experience along with qualifications from Swinburne Melbourne and prestigious private design college, Shillington College in Sydney, allowed Bianca to return to her home town Wagga Wagga, and establish her lifelong dream. Bianca now has the reputation as leading creative solutions provider in the Riverina. She is constantly investing in her education by way of implementing a private mentoring program where fortnightly meetings are conducted with a Senior Marketing Professional from interstate.
